We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Life Enrichment Manager at Carolina Reserve of Hendersonville, a Navion Senior Solutions community. The salary for this full-time position is $65,000 - $75,000 per year.

About the Job

The Life Enrichment Manager will oversee the daily life enrichment programs for our assisted living residents, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing resident-centered activities and events
  • Fostering partnerships with local organizations and vendors
  • Managing activity calendars and budgets
  • Leading a team of staff and volunteers to deliver exceptional service
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least one year of supervisory experience in a senior living setting
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Maintain all necessary state certifications or licenses
