About the Role

This is a Full-Time/Part-Time position that requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail. As a Salad Maker/Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing guest orders, catering, and online orders to customer specifications, adhering to all menu and portion standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare guest orders, catering, and online orders to customer specifications, adhering to all menu and portion standards
  • Prepare for the day by stocking the line with all menu items, and preparing packaging, utensils, and bowls. Assist in restocking throughout the day
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace and ensure all food safety standards are met in an open kitchen environment
  • Assist throughout the day by washing, cutting, and stocking the line with necessary menu items
  • Circulate dirty/clean bowls and utensils
  • Clean and wipe down salad line at end of the day, including lettuce fridge, prep tables, and floors
  • Follow all proper knife safety procedures
  • Learn and maintain knowledge of our seasonally changing menu
  • Maintain a clean and well-groomed personal appearance and adhere to our uniform policy
  • Additional duties needed and/or assigned by your Manager
