Position Overview: The Lead HVAC Installer is responsible for the installation of heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards, ensuring that each customer receives top-notch service. This role also involves overseeing the performance of fellow installers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Compensation: Based on experience

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM, with potential for overtime.

Qualifications Required:

  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug and background screening
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Cell phone required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installations preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience supervising apprentice-level installers
  • EPA Certification required
  • NATE Certification preferred; candidates must be willing to learn and achieve certification quickly
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to lift 70 pounds or more
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with various applications
