Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Rehabilitation/Therapy and the therapy team to implement effective wellness, fitness, and exercise programs.
- Participate in comprehensive restorative training provided on-site; prior restorative experience is not required, but a CNA Certification is essential.
- Assist in the restorative care of patients as instructed.
- Focus on exclusive restorative tasks such as ambulation, transfer training, bed mobility, active/passive range of motion, and personal care, minimizing less desirable CNA duties.
