Cross Country Nurses is seeking a skilled Telemetry Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic hospital setting.
Job Summary:
As a Telemetry Nurse, you will be responsible for monitoring and caring for patients with cardiac conditions, including those with complex diagnoses such as heart failure, stroke, and COPD. You will utilize advanced equipment to perform diagnostic tests and track patient progress.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care to patients with cardiac conditions
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and other vital signs
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in Telemetry
- Active RN license
