Job Summary

Norton Healthcare is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Technologist to join our team. As a CT Scanner Specialist, you will be responsible for producing high-quality diagnostic images using imaging, computer, and other equipment. Your expertise will ensure that patients receive accurate and timely diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
  • Prepare patients for procedures, educate them on imaging techniques, and respond to their questions and concerns
  • Ensure patient safety, comfort, and dignity throughout the imaging process
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements
  • State Radiography License (RO) or Temporary State Radiography License (ROT)
  • ARRT-R, ARRT-N, or CNMT certification
  • Ability to obtain ARRT-CT certification within 1 year of hire
  • One year of experience in CT scanning (desired)
