**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure all daily operations meet federal and state guidelines and regulations.
  • Oversee the implementation of policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Manage and ensure budgetary compliance, including financial planning and reporting.
  • Partner with leaders on recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and development of team members, as well as corrective action processes.
  • Conduct regular rounds with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure the facility is operating safely and providing a comfortable environment for residents, families, and team members.
  • Oversee the federal surveys process in partnership with site leaders.

**Requirements:**

  • Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (required).
  • 2 years of Administrator experience in an LTC/SNF setting (preferred).
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting (preferred).
