Position Overview

Do you possess supervisory experience in a residential environment catering to individuals with intellectual and developmental challenges?

The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties (CPARC) is currently in search of a full-time Residential Supervisor for our apartment program dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and guide direct care staff in a residential setting.
  • Provide direct support to individuals receiving services.
  • Ensure the health and safety of residents at the assigned location.
  • Supervise, evaluate, and train staff members.
  • Participate in on-call responsibilities.
  • Complete necessary paperwork on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Foster professional relationships with families, peers, and other team members.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Pennsylvania driver's license is mandatory.
  • Preferred experience in supervisory roles and residential services.

Residential Supervisors at CPARC enjoy a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health, dental, vision, and life insurance, long-term disability coverage, three weeks of vacation during the first year of employment, a retirement plan, and an extensive paid training program. The starting salary for this full-time position is $19.45 per hour.
