We are actively seeking Cloud Solution Architects for Data & AI to join our represented and inclusive teams across various business groups, supporting customers in enterprise, regulated industries, and partner service organizations.

The role offers flexibility, enabling you to work up to 50% from home, with travel percentages varying according to the specific role requirements.

Responsibilities

Customer Centricity:

Act as the voice of the customer/partner by learning to identify and share feedback around technical capabilities, blockers, and insights that relate to the customer/partner with internal teams.

Work with internal teams and begin building relationships with customer/partner technical specialists under the guidance and supervision of others.

Solicit input from others to contribute to proposals for viable solutions based on specific technical products.

Demonstrate basic technical concepts and prove those design solutions' capability through design collaboration sessions with the customer/partner.

Learns how to work with internal teams and actively seeks ways to support short-term/transactional engagements and understands how work contributes to customer success plans to meet customer/partner needs and deliver customer outcomes.

Supports customer skilling needs by participating in discussions on technical delivery with other internal and external stakeholders to transfer knowledge and contribute to customer readiness.

Contribute to customer/partner satisfaction by providing a positive customer/partner experience.

Business Impact:

Identify issues and advise customers/partners to operate and optimize performance in accordance with Microsoft best practices.

Escalate issues to upper-level team members or manager, as needed.

Apply methodology and governance, as directed, to minimize business and technical risks and adhere to quality assurance while ensuring excellence in contributions to design and/or delivery of solutions.

Work with the customer to support resolution of technical blockers and accelerate consumption and solution implementation for selected scenarios.

May identify and escalate non-technical issues for removal by the appropriate party.

Technical Leadership:

Leverage development opportunities to learn new technologies or services.

Provide input to virtual team members when asked, using a basic knowledge of Microsoft architectures and products.

Learns to identify and communicate areas in intellectual property that need refreshing or have gaps.

Contribute to IP development with guidance/supervision.
