Romanow Building Services is seeking a full-time, experienced Floor Maintenance/Project Specialist. Driver's License Required.

In this role, you will be accountable for floor maintenance and project tasks across various environments at multiple sites. The ideal candidate will possess a flexible schedule and demonstrate a strong work ethic and motivation.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license
  • Prior experience in hard floor maintenance, carpet cleaning, and window washing is essential
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively with minimal supervision
  • Commitment to ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Passionate about hard work and maintaining motivation
  • Take pride in delivering quality work and achieving successful outcomes
  • Eager to learn new skills by following directions and instructions
Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect equipment and ensure all supplies and tools are available and in optimal condition
  • Specialized floor maintenance tasks
  • Stripping, scrubbing, and refinishing various flooring surfaces
  • Carpet cleaning and extraction
  • Tile and grout cleaning
  • Window cleaning
  • Moving furniture, cabinets, equipment, etc.
  • Securing work areas using appropriate safety protocols
  • Ensuring cleanliness of the work site after service completion
  • Ability to lift, push, bend, and transport items weighing up to 80lbs
  • Other duties as assigned
