About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Operations Manager to join our team at AdventHealth Tampa. As a key member of our Pharmacy Department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and activities of our pharmacy team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage daily pharmacy operations and activities
  • Assure the delivery of quality patient care through implementation and maintenance of medication preparation and distribution services
  • Establish and maintain effective communication lines with Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Staff, Materials Management, Information Systems, Finance and other outside entities within the facility
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow and labor productivity
  • Monitor and maintain reports regarding quality, productivity, and service utilization
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy degree
  • State Pharmacy License
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
