Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Spherion is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will provide general labor and support to warehouse and production plant operations, handling materials, lifting, stocking, making deliveries, completing paperwork, sorting, packaging, shipping, processing purchase orders, assembling products, and managing inventory.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide general labor and support to warehouse and production plant operations
  • Handle materials, lifting, stocking, making deliveries, completing paperwork, sorting, packaging, shipping, processing purchase orders, assembling products, and managing inventory
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Perform a repetitive function with speed and accuracy
  • Read work orders and follow instructions
  • Be safety conscious and have great attention to detail
  • Be punctual, reliable, and have a solid attendance record
  • Work flexible schedules
Requirements:
  • Previous warehouse, labor, construction, experience preferred
  • Ability to lift, bend, pull, move material
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
Education:

High School
