Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team at Caesars Entertainment. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our patrons, employees, and properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and Thanking Customers: Greet and thank customers as they enter and exit the gaming facility, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Age Verification: Verify the age of customers by checking identification, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional guest service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Security Protocols: Implement and maintain security protocols, including monitoring CCTV cameras and responding to alarms.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management, including working rotational shifts and participating in training programs.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods, as well as work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Security Experience: Previous security experience is helpful but not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Working Conditions:

  • Noisy Environment: Work in a noisy environment, potentially exposed to smoke and secondary smoke.
  • Rotational Shifts: Work rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
