Position Overview:

As an Armed Security Officer, your primary responsibility will be to uphold the safety and security of our clients. You will be tasked with executing security protocols, observing activities, and addressing incidents with a high level of professionalism. This role is situated at a luxury resort and requires availability for overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with company standards
  • Exhibit punctuality and arrive on time for scheduled shifts
  • Interact courteously with clients, visitors, and fellow employees
  • Accurately enforce access control measures
  • Conduct regular patrols to deter unauthorized activities
  • Ensure security equipment is operational and report any issues
  • Respond swiftly to security incidents, adhering to established protocols
  • Operate a Gator for patrolling the premises
  • Supervise onsite recreational activities
  • Assist in providing information for investigations
  • Document incidents and complete shift reports

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid TN Armed Security License
  • Experience in surveillance, patrols, and managing security incidents
  • Familiarity with security equipment and operational procedures
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • Knowledge of emergency response protocols
  • Understanding of access control and ID verification processes
  • First aid and CPR certification is advantageous
  • Strong skills in documentation and report writing
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Commitment to confidentiality and attention to detail
