Qualifications

Essential Requirements

A valid California Driver's License (Class C or higher) is required.

Candidates must demonstrate the ability to follow instructions, learn maintenance tasks, and communicate effectively in English.

General Requirements

Applicants must be at least 18 years old due to job-related hazards.

Physical Requirements:
Some roles may involve performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials, digging, and standing or walking for extended periods.

Work Environment:
Employees will work outdoors in various weather conditions and may encounter dusty or hazardous environments. They may also be required to respond to emergencies outside of regular working hours.

Probationary Period

A probationary period of six (6) months applies to this position.
