About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team at St. Luke's Health System. As a Radiation Therapist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our cancer treatment program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver radiation therapy treatments to patients with cancer, using advanced technology and equipment.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to determine the most effective treatment approach.
  • Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, addressing their concerns and needs throughout the treatment process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy or related field.
  • Current certification in Radiation Therapy from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Experience working in a radiation oncology department, preferably in a hospital or cancer treatment center.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
