About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Royal Care Certified. As a Physical Therapist Home Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional physical therapy to patients in their homes, assessing and understanding care plans, and creating physical therapy treatment plans alongside physicians or by prescription.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes, including assessing and understanding care plans and creating physical therapy treatment plans.
  • Document visits and updates on patients' care and progress.
  • Educate caregivers and their families on how to care for patients.
  • Making judgments on the types of care and services needed for each patient.
  • Support the company mission by providing the highest quality of home care.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a physical therapist.
  • Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy.
  • Valid license to practice physical therapy.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • At least 1-year experience as a physical therapist in home care, with Medicare Part A experience.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
