Physical Therapist Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Royal Care Certified. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to patients in their homes, helping them to restore motion and function to their best potential.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and understand patient care plans to create personalized physical therapy treatment plans.
  • Document patient visits and updates on their care and progress.
  • Educate caregivers and families on how to care for patients.
  • Make informed decisions on the types of care and services needed for each patient.
  • Support our company mission by providing the highest quality of home care.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduate degree or greater in Physical Therapy.
  • Valid license to practice Physical Therapy.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • At least 1-year experience as a Physical Therapist in home care, with Medicare Part A experience.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
