Job Title: ServiceNow Application Architect

AT&T is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Application Architect to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for our HR Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining ServiceNow standards, roadmaps, and integrated technology blueprints, ensuring scalability, flexibility, security, and usability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead ServiceNow application architecture within the HR Technology team to deliver services and capabilities based on business needs and requirements.
  • Define ServiceNow standards, roadmaps, integrated technology blueprints, and compliance monitoring.
  • Partner on configuration/development across foundational HR ServiceNow modules, including HR-Service Delivery, Supplier Life Cycle Management, and Virtual Agent.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and design documents.
  • Develop and implement test plans to validate the functionality, performance, and security of ServiceNow solutions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an application architect with successful ServiceNow implementations.
  • Deep expertise in ServiceNow configuration and support – specifically in the HR and Supplier Management domains.
  • Ability to design and document the architecture of individual applications/PaaS within the broader HR solution.
  • Proven deep knowledge of HR configuration and business processes.
  • Extensive experience in security, data architecture, system architecture, and data integrations.
