The Commonwealth of Virginia is seeking a highly qualified individual to fill an open rank faculty position in the Division of Neuromuscular Disorders. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join a renowned team of experts in the field of neuromuscular medicine.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the treatment of patients with neuromuscular disease in inpatient and outpatient settings
- Take an active role in the education and training of medical students, Clinical Neurophysiology/EMG and Neuromuscular Medicine fellows, and neurology residents
- Contribute to the development and implementation of research projects in neuromuscular disorders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients with neuromuscular diseases
- MD, DO, or equivalent terminal degree
- Board certification or board eligibility in Neurology
- Completion of a Neuromuscular or Clinical Neurophysiology/EMG fellowship
