Job Description

At Advanced Heating & Cooling LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating and cooling systems in commercial settings.


Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems in commercial settings.
  • Perform thorough diagnostics and repairs on HVAC equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and office staff to resolve issues and provide recommendations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest HVAC technologies and techniques.
  • Organize and maintain a clean and safe work environment.


Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service and repair.
  • Hold an MD HVAC Journeyman or Master License.
  • Be EPA 608 Certified.
  • Driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Have the necessary hand tools for the trade.
  • Dress, drive, walk, and talk in a professional manner.
  • Always think safety and ensure proper PPE and tools are used for the job.
  • Be able to climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs, stoop, crawl, and navigate safely to access mechanical equipment on job sites.
  • Have a medium to strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, including RTUs, DOAS, VAV boxes, split systems, VRV, controls, pumps, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, humidifiers, etc.
