Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Healthcare Staffing Professionals, Inc. in Manteca, CA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen, evaluate, and teach students with communication, language, and/or speech disorders to ensure they receive the necessary support to succeed.
  • Develop and implement individual educational programs (IEPs) for each student identified for services, tailored to their unique needs and goals.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary evaluation and IEP teams to provide comprehensive support to students.
  • Maintain accurate attendance and hourly contact records to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide direct services to students according to a schedule developed collaboratively with the MET team, ensuring timely and effective support.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech and Language Therapy or a related field.
  • CA certification as a Speech Language Therapist.
  • Experience working with language development of non-native English speakers and familiarity with augmentative communication devices.
