Key Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care for employees, including observing and maintaining records on patient care, condition, reactions, and progress.
- Help develop and implement preventive health care programs to promote employee health and wellness.
- Support the implementation of company safety programs and participate in plant tracking mechanisms regarding near misses, injuries, and OSHA recordables.
- Report to an onsite Environmental Health & Safety Manager and participate in safety groups involving employees.
- Support plant programs that involve safety and quality.
- Minimum education requirements: LPN
- Must hold appropriate licensure/certification in the state certification
- Physical Requirements: While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear, frequently required to stand and walk, and occasionally required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, and feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, taste and smell. The employee may lift or move up to 50 pounds.
