Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $230,000 - $960,000 per annum, with the opportunity to choose between salary and stock options.

Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated engineer to join our Ads Measurement Engineering team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for building systems and integrations that enable advertisers on Netflix to measure campaign outcomes.

You'll leverage a blend of Netflix innovations and first-party/third-party solutions to deliver ads that respect the viewing experience while driving impactful results for advertisers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience managing large-scale 3p measurement integrations for verification, reach, brand studies, and attribution in a privacy-safe way.
  • Familiarity with clean rooms and industry-leading privacy-enhancing technology for multi-party data sharing.
  • Broad knowledge of ad tech and advertising landscape, programmatic advertising, and digital marketing trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
