Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Runnings. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers as they shop in the retail store, assisting with customer service questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Merchandise Management: Price store merchandise and make price changes as requested by store management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date pricing information.
  • Inventory Management: Stock and face merchandise on shelves as requested by store management, maintaining a visually appealing and organized store environment.
  • Receiving and Processing: Assist in receiving freight and organizing incoming products as directed by store management, ensuring timely and accurate processing of shipments.
  • Cash Handling: Handle customer transactions utilizing the KCX cash register system, maintaining accurate cash handling and ensuring a secure and efficient checkout process.
  • Customer Returns: Responsible for handling customer returns, providing a positive and professional experience for customers.
