Job Summary

The Sales Associate is a key member of our retail team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs, providing product information and recommendations.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and facing merchandise.
  • Assist with receiving and organizing incoming products.
  • Participate in cycle counts and other inventory management tasks.
  • Answer customer calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Responsible for accurate cash handling and handling customer returns.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
