- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a focus on software as a service (SaaS) companies preferred.
- Skills: Strong understanding of GAAP, financial regulations, and accounting software; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
