About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/Machine Learning Engineer to join our team at Oddball. As a key member of our Federal program, you will be responsible for leading the development and deployment of advanced machine learning models and AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement machine learning models and AI solutions to drive business value and improve customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver impactful AI-driven products.
  • Develop and maintain scalable, cloud-based AI/ML solutions using AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Ensure the end-to-end ML pipeline, including data processing, model training, serving, and monitoring, is efficient and effective.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and ML and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in software and machine learning engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional AI/ML teams.
  • Strong knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and transformer models.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Experience with fine-tuning pre-trained models for specific business use cases.
  • Strong communication skills for interfacing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
