Renewable Energy Project Lead

QTL Holdings LLC seeks an experienced Renewable Energy Project Lead to oversee the installation of residential solar projects in the RI/greater Boston area.
This role involves developing and implementing project management strategies, ensuring timely completion of projects within specified timelines, protocols, and guidelines.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, strong leadership abilities, and extensive experience working with renewable energy projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solar installation projects.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budgets.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.
- Monitor and report on project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Compensation:$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
