Maintaining a sterile environment is crucial in the operating room. As a Surgical Technologist at Porter Hospital, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing the operating room and equipment for surgery
  • Assisting the surgical team during procedures
  • Counting and arranging surgical tools and equipment
  • Applying dressings to surgical sites
  • Disposing of needles and gauze

Requirements:

  • CST certification via NBSTSA
  • Current BLS certification via AHA or ARC
  • 30 minute call response time required
