Job OverviewPeak Systems is a leading Information Technology service provider, delivering managed, staffing, and professional services to top companies. We are seeking a skilled Field Service Network Engineer to join our team in the Memphis, TN area.Job Responsibilities

As a Field Service Network Engineer, you will be responsible for assessing technical issues and providing solutions for our clients. Your expertise will be utilized to deliver infrastructure installation and upgrade services, spanning a large enterprise product line including storage, virtualization, and other networking devices.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience installing and configuring network switches
  • Understanding of network design, protocols, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with SAN and NAS storage, including Fiber Channel switches
  • Able to perform physical installation and cabling of rack-mounted servers and switches
  • Able to read and understand rack elevation and cable matrix documentation
  • Data Center Experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and be agile in manual dexterity (climb, stoop, etc.)
