Server VCY

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Viceroy Snowmass in Snowmass Village, CO. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

• Maintain high standards of service quality in all outlets.
• Prepare stations and perform assigned opening side duties.
• Handle and prepare food and beverages with attention to detail.
• Maintain personal grooming habits and adhere to Viceroy's standards.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of menus and wine/spirits.
• Ensure safe handling of soiled dishes and maintain cleanliness at all service stations.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members.
• Perform closing side duties and maintain a clean and organized station.

• Previous restaurant serving experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
