The Warehouse Stock Coordinator plays a vital role in managing the flow of incoming and outgoing inventory. This includes receiving products from customers, directing them to our product specialists, and efficiently picking and packing orders for delivery to our clients while ensuring that all stock is handled promptly.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving and unpacking all incoming goods, ensuring each item is accurately logged into the inventory system.
- Efficiently picking and packing products to meet dispatch timelines.
- Monitoring product quality to consistently exceed customer expectations.
- Facilitating the transition of items from the picking and packing stage to the shipping process.
- Maintaining clear communication with internal teams, providing updates and addressing any issues that arise.
Essential Skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and a collaborative team member.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic, well-supported startup environment.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
A passion for photography or videography is advantageous, but we welcome individuals eager to learn and develop their skills.
Compensation: $45,000
