Job Summary

As a Hotel Public Area Attendant at Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our public areas, including the lobby, public restrooms, hallways, pool area, meeting room, business center, and fitness center. You will ensure that all areas are clean, debris-free, and meet the highest standards of guest services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Kickapoo Lucky Eagle policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional guest services by listening and responding to guest and team member concerns and questions.
  • Maintain quality standards and service according to property expectations.
  • Responsible for frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of all areas of the hotel, including guest and employee spaces.
  • Assist in laundry or room attendant as needed.
  • Develop a critical eye for detail and perfection.
  • Demonstrate and promote KLECH core values and MAD skills.
  • Manage and maintain security of confidential information entrusted to the position.
Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of sanitation requirements and controls.
  • Knowledge of procedures applicable to housekeeping, especially those relating to safety and security of guest and hotel property.
  • Ability to work all shifts.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral. Spanish or other language skills a plus.
