Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Lead to join our team at Lolita's Restaurants Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and service delivery. This includes overseeing food preparation, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation
  • Monitor food quality and consistency, implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Manage inventory and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing resource allocation
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Proven experience in a kitchen leadership position, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environmentStrong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and safety protocolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide kitchen staffAbility to work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
