Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Incoming Quality Technician to join our team at Nilfisk. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for developing component inspection plans and CMM programs, ensuring the highest level of quality in our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement component inspection plans and CMM programs to ensure quality conformance
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality departments to document engineering drawings and measure complex parts and features
  • Support the completion of First Article/PPAP inspections and documentation of results
  • Provide technical support and analysis on quality-related issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Support the reporting and analysis of incoming and supplier quality performance measures
  • Work with quality inspection specialists and supplier quality engineers to develop and implement prevention-based quality controls
  • Conduct audits to ensure continuous improvement and strengthen quality culture
Requirements
  • Perform inspection and testing activities of incoming and in-process parts, First Articles/PPAP for conformity to specifications
  • Support the processing and management of non-conforming materials, including all related transactions and dispositions
  • Document and maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and other quality-related activities
  • Participate in inspection process improvement and problem-solving skills, including identifying and analyzing quality issues and implementing corrective actions
