Job Overview

As a seasoned AR and Credit Analyst, you will play a crucial role in evaluating customer creditworthiness, managing credit limits, and overseeing all aspects of accounts receivable. Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate customer creditworthiness and monitor credit limits
  • Negotiate payment plans with past-due customers
  • Enter customer data records into the company database with accuracy
  • Assist the controller with AR month-end tasks
  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries regarding invoices and statements

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle Business to Business (B2B) AR
  • 3+ years of B2B credit analysis
  • Experience managing at least $30M in outstanding AR
  • Strong customer service and vendor communication experience
  • General Excel knowledge and Large ERP (ideally NetSuite) experience required
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills are a must
