About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our team at Carespring. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and leading our nursing team.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of the nursing unit and provide direct care to patients
  • Carry out administrative and patient care duties as directed by the ADON or DON
  • Supervise and assume responsibility for the actions and care delivered by nurse associates
  • Administer medication and treatment per physician orders
  • Instruct and observe care implementation per physician/clinician or standard of practice
  • Assist and direct in the admission/discharge process of patients
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current licensure in the state of practice
  • Maintains licensure and CPR certification
  • Desire to work with elderly and enjoy working directly with residents, staff, and families
  • Good organizational skills and follow-up when patient situations require
