We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Liberty Behavioral & Community Services, Inc. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing behavioral support interventions for individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or comorbid diagnoses.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address behavioral challenges
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and other evaluations to inform treatment planning
- Supervise and train staff on ABA principles and procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and regulatory standards
- Master's degree in education, psychology, or related field and BCBA certification
- 3 years of experience providing services to individuals with intellectual disabilities or behavioral challenges
- Maintained certification with the BACB and demonstrated leadership experience with ABA
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Competitive salary range: $92,000 - $120,000 per year
