Key Responsibilities- Implement and Monitor Patient Care Plans: Develop and execute comprehensive patient care plans, ensuring effective communication of patient condition.
- Coordinate Patient Care: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide well-rounded patient care, acting as a primary coordinator.
- Execute Physician and Nursing Orders: Administer medications, provide treatments, and offer patient/family education with precision and care.
- Assess Patient Needs: Evaluate patients' needs comprehensively, considering various factors beyond physiological data.
- Collaborate with Patients and Families: Establish and achieve goals with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Ensure Patient Safety: Administer medications, provide treatments, and offer patient/family education while ensuring patient safety.
- Continuously Evaluate Patient Status: Adapt the care plan as necessary, considering the effectiveness of care.
- Licensure/Certifications: Valid and current Arizona RN License or compact state license with the ability to become licensed in Arizona within 30 days.
- BLS and ACLS Certification: American Heart Association certifications.
