Job Overview

R&D Partners is looking for a Junior Research Scientist to join our innovative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and troubleshoot experimental processes that support lipid nanoparticle (LNP) development and purification.
  • Assist in the experimental design and data interpretation related to LNP production and purification.
  • Oversee sample and data management, performing necessary analyses.
  • Enhance workflows for evaluating new production and purification techniques.
  • Facilitate the transition from research to development, including early-stage molecular assessments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience; compensation will be aligned with education, experience, and skillset.
  • Proven experience with tangential flow filtration (TFF) and sterile filtration of biological substances.
  • Familiarity with JMP software for design of experiments (DoE) and data analysis.
  • Self-motivated with a strong ability to collaborate within teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
