Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct, hospital-level, and post-acute level internal medicine care to patients in their homes.
  • Perform clinical assessments, develop, and order hospital-level and post-acute level internal medicine clinical workups.
  • Collaborate with the Advanced Care clinical team to provide overnight call coverage as assigned.
  • Foster strong relationships with DispatchHealth Advanced Care and Acute Care APPs, including education and engagement around Advanced Care program services.
Requirements:
  • Graduate with an advanced degree from an accredited institution.
  • 2-3 years or hospitalist or hospitalist equivalent experience.
  • Current unrestricted state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
  • Nationally board certified, current.
  • Current BLS / ACLS certification.
  • Prescriptive authority and DEA.
