Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Technical Program Management to lead the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact technical projects and programs within our Core Server Engineering team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee a team of Technical Program Managers and partner closely with engineering and product management stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative program management strategies to drive business success
  • Lead a team of TPMs, inspiring high performers and guiding growth for underperforming team members
  • Cultivate a collaborative environment that fosters learning, creativity, and invention
  • Facilitate effective communication across cross-functional teams to drive business goals forward

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 10-15 years of experience managing complex technical initiatives and engineering programs from initiation to completion
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Experience with MongoDB, databases, or comparable complex technology
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and strong analytical skills with a proven track record of success

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $162,000 - $319,000 USD, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including equity, flexible paid time off, 20 weeks of fully-paid parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, and access to mental health counseling.
