Production Operator

Hendrickson USA, L.L.C. is seeking a dedicated Production/Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Fort Wayne, IN. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth production of our products.
Responsibilities:- Handle and manage incoming and outgoing materials to supply machines with necessary materials and tooling.
- Perform operations following established processes and work instructions.
- Inspect and ensure the quality of materials and parts at the machining and assembly operations.
- Operate machines and perform assembly, including storage and cleaning.
- Assemble and pack products for distribution.
- Strong attendance record and reliability.
- Able to read and write legibly.
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Meet production and servicing standards.
- Will to work any shift, including evenings and weekends.
