Job Title: Stand-Up Reach Truck Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stand-Up Reach Truck Operator to join our team at Performance Food Group Customized Distribution. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating material handling equipment, including stand-up reach trucks, to transport and store products in our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate stand-up reach trucks to transport and store products in the warehouse
  • Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve warehouse goals and objectives
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience
  • Must be able to work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for the position
  • Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift
  • Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift
  • Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e., cooler, freezer and dry
  • Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check
  • Candidates must have Stand Up Reach Truck experience
