Practice Overview

Physician Empire is seeking a highly skilled Internal Medicine physician to join our team in a permanent position at the foot of the Blue Hills in Northwest Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care as a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician in an outpatient setting
  • Collaborate with the Hospital Medicine program to ensure seamless patient care and efficient operations
  • Participate in sub-specialty support and education on site
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, hospital staff, and community partners

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive two-year guaranteed salary, followed by a production-based compensation structure
  • Four weeks of vacation time and two weeks of CME leave per year
  • $5,800 annual CME allowance
