Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Automated and Manual Tester to join our team at Emerald Resource Group. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for leading our testing efforts, utilizing both automated and manual testing methodologies to ensure the highest quality of our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the testing efforts, including both automated and manual testing processes, to ensure comprehensive test coverage and product quality.
- Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure product reliability and quality, and drive the overall quality of our products.
- Write, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using.NET and/or C#, and design and execute manual test cases to validate software functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the testing team, and stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in software testing.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in automated and manual testing methodologies, with a strong background in scripting, particularly in.NET and/or C#.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Selenium, NUnit, or similar tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of leading testing efforts and driving quality.
- US Citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States.
