At BWX Technologies, we are seeking a skilled Precision Measurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our inspection team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform dimensional inspections using manual precision measurement tools
  • Verify completeness of shop and inspection operations
  • Identify and tag nonconforming materials and products
  • Collaborate with engineers and management to resolve administrative and scheduling issues
  • Develop and implement inspection methods to suit unique conditions

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • Ability to demonstrate proper use of manual precision measuring tools
  • Ability to perform advanced mathematical calculations
  • Ability to operate mobile lifts and other equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
