Job Summary:
We are seeking an exceptional leader to serve as the Director of Medical Imaging Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Medical Imaging department at our Level 1 Trauma Center and specialty hospital, both located in Fresno, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of over 190 FTEs, providing more than 270,000 services each year, with a focus on positive retention and engagement.
- Collaborate with physicians, ED, and Inpatient Leaders to ensure seamless throughput, quality, and patient satisfaction.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives, leveraging effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Explore new avenues to enhance team performance and organizational success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a field related to Medical Imaging or a related discipline.
- 5 years of experience in Medical Imaging or a healthcare-related field, with at least 3 years in a management role.
