Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering direct services to clients and managing a small caseload of 4-6 clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and reassessments for clients to identify their unique needs and goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with the client's goals and objectives.
- Collect and analyze data to determine the effectiveness of treatment plans and make data-driven decisions.
- Provide training and coaching to families and staff on behavioral interventions and applied behavior analysis.
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Therapists to ensure high-quality care and support.
- Possess a master's degree or national equivalent in a related field, such as psychology, special education, or applied behavior analysis.
- Hold certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- Have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
- Be proficient in technology, including Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms.
